City of Washington Public Works Department is requesting a quote for a Restroom Facility at Reese Booker Park. Below are the specifications:
Construct an 18 X 10 block building with a 4’ covered walkway. Metal gable roof, gable ends will have hard siding.
2 ADA single occupant restroom area with mechanical room in the middle with this door on the back of the building.
Plumbing and fixtures. Electrical and fixtures. Toilet paper dispensers, hand towel dispensers, mirrors, grab bars and soap dispensers.
Supply and install water fountain between doors in front of the building.
City will pour concrete foundation.
